Once in my cove I laid out my beach towel and got myself organised and decided to have a quick read of my book that I'd brought with me. After a chapter or so, I noticed that the sun was really trying to break through the mist now and how lucky we were to be the only ones on this section of the beach.
I turned over onto my back, soaking up some of the sun, before propping myself up and watching the sea as it slowly continued to creep forward up the beach.
