At 48 Sally had been married to Steve for nearly 25 years there two children where now off hand Ruby at 18 was at university and Oscar 16 was soon entering college .
Steve had built himself a small business empire of flats he rented out .
Sally had always looked after her self and had a body of a 30 year old but despite constant attention from guys she'd never strayed but now she felt ignored and the temptation of male attention so strong. |

It was late summer and Steve's business was flying so much so he was heavily involved in meetings with finance backers which involved golf and booze and lunch and unknown to Sally a trip to a lap dancing club .
So why steve was busy building his empire Sally had agreed to meet with a new tenant who was moving into a newly refurbished flat in the rush the new tenant Charlie had signed his contract ,Sally who was going out for lunch with her friend cassie after getting Charlie signature,do she wasn't over dressed but smart all the same in tight jeans and a black off the shoulder gypsy top ,she wasn't nervous as she met Charlie when he first viewed the flat .
She knocked on the door and a few mins later Charlie answered looking a bit hot and sweaty from sorting his new home out .
Hi Charlie she greeted him with wot she thought was a friendly manner but to Charlie who looked her up and down with a smile it could of been flirty .
So after a few mins small talk she had to ask your very young to be renting a flat on your own ,he nodded yes sadly I fell out with my folks so I used tye money my grandad to move out .
Oh that's sad said Sally in her understanding mother voice .
Do u mind if I ask wot happened she asked in a nosey manner .
He smiled they didn't like my choice in girlfriends he replied.
Really asked Sally not really understanding.
He nodded yes I like older woman he smiled at her taking in her obvious curves ,for tye first time she flushed oh er ok Charlie well I hope your happy here she said snatching at the paperwork and escaping the leering young tenant to go and meet cassie. |

Sally enjoyed her afternoon with cassie but she was distracted by her meeting with her young tenant .
The weeks passed and the sexually frustrated Sally thoughts 4 Charlie slowly faded until a chance meeting in a bar .
Hello Sally nice to see you again he said smiling at his landlady ,oh hi Charlie she replied trying to be cool this was the start of the evening with Sally and Charlie drinking far 2 much and by the end of the evening Charlie asked so wheres Steve tonight,oh he's away on another gulf weekend she explained .
Charlie nodded and smiled as he took in her curves come back 2 mine 4 a drink Sal he suggested she smiled oh I shouldn't, Charlie smiled back but you will offering her his arm ,she smiled ok one drink ,yes replied Charlie one drink and the two stumbled home to his flat .
