So not long after moving out of the family home first time round I moved in to my own flat that had 2 upstair neighbourgh one down and myself in the middle floor.
I started odd dressing alone in the flat at night so not to be seen from windows ect

After starting to get braver i thought It would be a good idea to start dressing 24/7 for a while when off work for a few weeks.
