I would suggest a club would be the best way, getting guys to say they will turn up is mush easier than getting guys to turn up when they are asked to.
At a club you will have the choice of the guys there, and probably find that easier, in addition guys at a club know there are rules so policing their behaviour is probably easier than just random guys turning up at a hotel where you two are the only 'security'.
