trouble uploading new photos.

can anyone tell us whats wrong? we tried uploading new photos,but our screen just gives us a "list rules" option and not a "send" option. it took our profile photo,but wont let us send public photos. what is wrong or why?

Think you got the wrong forum peeps.... Have you tried asking on the Site Help forum??.... Just a thought...lol
