Yeah, you'll get bumps within a minute, probably less. The more you do it, the longer it lasts.
You'll get a couple of hours worth, diminishing over time anyway. Go hell for leather to the point you struggle walking and you'll get a couple of days. I had a weeks worth once, but that was a bit OTT |
