No it's not safe, it can lead to testicular cancer. If something hurts as much as being hit in the balls does its your body's way of saying don't do it again. I'm not going to say its weird, we all have our fetishes but don't kill yourself for them. |

Hi,
I think the above message about it leading to testicular cancer is not factually correct, in fact, I know it not to be factually correct.
I would be more than happy to discuss with you the possible (and potentially probable) pitfalls in activity like this privately as I am not sure if this is the correct forum to give out medical advice to all and sundry.
Testicular cancer is something wildly different. There is research suggesting that IF testicular cancer is formed then the testicles being in a weaker state than they once were may cause or lead to an acceleration of the disease which as we all know is an awful awful thing.
It can lead to slight or larger disfigurations of the testes which then makes detection difficult without conducting other tests.
There is more I can think of but maybe if you wanted you can email me here directly.
I fully understand that we all derive enjoyment from various different activities. I myself love being a bull to couples where the husband is a cuckold.
However, lets not air our dirty laundry in public and by that I mean medical histories.
