Looking out the window I saw the sign go up, old Rick had passed away and his family had decided to sell up, Hot Sales Estate Agents, great I thought new neighbours to fight over the parking with.
A week or so had gone by and a young couple walked up brochure in hand, they looked eagerly at the house and were met by a small blond who showed them round, twenty minutes later they were out.
