Same here been at it all 35 years and it was all Via Escort readers wives then .....As mentioned every one turned up as you had to make an actual effort writing letters to make initial contact ......It was letters and old Polaroid pics or for real film it was Trust Color labs up in Scotland for processing your naughty pics lol |

Rendezvous was long winded but so much better. Hardly anyone who replied was messing around. You didn't get lots of replies but pretty much all that did were genuine.

Sorry to disagree, but the few occasions we tried to arrange a meet, via a contact magazine, they amounted to nothing. Met one couple for a drink and social, and the woman was only there to make up the number, as she didn't speak a word all night and the old man was full of himself. Another occasion we tried to arrange a fairly local meet at a guys house, but the more we spoke to him, the weirder things got. The final straw was when I told him Sandra liked to wear stockings. He replied that she needn't bother as his fingernails were sharp and he would probably ladder them anyway. |
