Seems to me you have got the cart before the horse here, your profile advertises that you are looking for men and couples but you say that your wife doesnt even know you are on here or that you are bi.
For me you have a very simple choice here.
Option 1 come clean with your wife, tell her you are bi, tell her your buddy wants you to fuck him, ask her to open a profile on here with you.
Option 2 continue keeping your life secret from your wife and hope she never finds out because the deception would drive her away.
Option 3 close your account on here, tell your mate no thank you and commit to your wife.
I can understand a man being on here without his wifes knowlege IF he has tried to involve her in the lifestyle and she wont have any part of it but to live your whole life as a lie without even trying to bring her on board is simply wrong.
Dont know if this opinion helps but you need to do something pretty soon.
