Claire the Teacher

I haven't posted a story for a while but I hope you like this one. There will be a follow on story when this first part is finished.

I am a single dad (33) with a daughter, Emily. She is nine and just started in Year 5 at School.

When she was in Year 3, a new teacher started at the School, Claire Brown, who taught Year 4.

Claire was young, probably 27 or 28. She was slim, had shoulder-length, fair, wavy hair and was very pretty.

From talking to parents, I knew that the children in her Class loved her and that all the Dad's seemed to fancy her. The mums could understand it but "hated" her for it.

I had no dealings with her but hoped that when Emily got to Year 4, Claire would be her teacher.

I later discovered that Claire was a staff rep. on the School PTA, so I joined the PTA!

Whatever Claire wore, she looked fantastic, whether it be a dress, skirt & blouse or trousers/jeans, and I think that's why the Mums were jealous of her.

Gradually I had the chance to speak to her, only briefly but chances, nevertheless.

On the third meeting I attended, I was a little late, and there was only one seat left, next to Claire. She gave me a big warm smile as I approached and sat next to her, and I returned the smile.

We chatted more after the meeting before we left. That evening she wore figure-hugging jeans, making her legs look longer than they were. As she left, I couldn't take my eyes off her small bum in those tight jeans.

When Emily moved into year 4, thankfully, Clair was her teacher. At parents evening, I didn't hear much of what Claire said; I was so taken in by her beauty, and I just stared at her.

I noticed that Claire didn't wear any rings on her ring finger during that year.

When we had reason to talk, it was always light and friendly and full of smiles, and she did say she liked Emily and that she was a good pupil.

I dreamt of Claire, and she was often a part of my fantasies.

Emily moved on to Year 5 and a new teacher.

I wondered if I could now approach Claire as there was no conflict.

During October, the PTA organised a Disco for the kids, and I went along to help, and Claire was there.

At one point, Claire was standing on her own, watching the children, so I went over to her.

She smiled, as always, and we exchanged 'hello's.

"This is a bit different to your normal Friday night clubbing, I bet?"

"It would be if I went clubbing," she replied.

"Oh, I thought you would be a clubber."

"No, not since Uni days."

"What do you get up to at the weekend then?"

"Not a lot. I have been concentrating on my career, so I don't go out much."

"That's a shame. You should go out occasionally to enjoy yourself. You deserve that. It would do you good to take a break."

"Maybe."

There was a brief silence, and she waved to a couple of children who waved to her.

"I hope I'm not being too forward, but," I paused, "would you like to go out to dinner sometime?"

She turned to me, looking a little surprised.

"I don't know," She replied.

"Emily is with her Mum this weekend, and I would love to take you out for a meal."

"I'll think about it," she said, looking a little embarrassed.

I put my hand in my pocket and pulled out a Business card.

"Here, take this and call or text me when you have decided."

Claire took my card, briefly looked at it before pocketing it.

Then she said something encouraging, "It can't be local, in case we are seen together."

"That's fine," I replied.

The Disco finished, and after packing away and chatting with others, I was still home before 10 pm.

Claire had left before me, but she did smile and said, "bye."

I sat down to watch TV and my phone rang.

"Hi."

"Hi, Phil, it's Claire."

"Oh, hi Claire," I was surprised to hear from her so soon.

"I'm not disturbing you, am I?" She sounded a little nervous.

"Not at all. I have just collapsed into a chair."

Claire laughed.

"I have been thinking," she said, "and yes, I would love to go out to dinner with you."

"Oh, brilliant. Is tomorrow night okay?"

"Yes, that's fine. Can I just explain that when I said it cant be local in case we are seen, I didn't mean I didn't want to be seen with you? It's just that I don't want it all around the School in a few days if other parents spot us."

I laughed. "I knew what you mean. let me book something, the other side of town, and I will text you the time and venue in the morning."

"That sounds good."

"Thank you for saying yes, Claire. I am sure we will have a good time."

"I hope so. Night, Phil."

I was over the moon and struggled to sleep that night.

As soon as I could, the next day, I booked us a table at a restaurant some 15 miles away and texted Claire the details.

She said she would meet me there as she was visiting her parents during the day.

I arrived early, as I always do. I texted Claire to say I had arrived and went inside.

She replied that she wouldn't be long and about 10 minutes later, she entered.

Her smile was even bigger than usual as she approached me. Automatically we kissed each other on the cheek.

She smelt gorgeous. She was wearing a dress that stopped short of her knees. She wore a little more makeup than at School, but not too much. The dress was colourful and had a deep plunge at the front. However, it didn't reveal cleavage as she had tiny breasts.

"What would you like to drink?" I asked.

"White wine, please."

I ordered, and once we had got our drinks, we were shown to our table.

Claire slipped off her jacket, revealing slender, bare arms. I was hooked even more than before.

As Claire sipped her drink, I noticed that she looked at me over the top of the glass.

"Have you been here before?" she asked.

"No, but I have been told that it's lovely."

"It does seem that way."

We both looked at the menus and commented about specific items. I decided first what I was having, but Claire wasn't much longer. She put her menu down and looked me in the eyes, and smiled again.

"So you don't go out much then?" I asked.

"I don't, no. Saving my money, I guess."

"What are you saving for?"

"A house. I like where I am, but it is only rented, and I would like to buy my own place."

"Sounds like a plan. I own my house, but it's not easy being a single parent."

"I'm sure you do a good job. You certainly do with Emily. She is a lovely girl."

"Thank you. I do try."

"How often does she stay at her Mum's?"

"Every other weekend."

Claire seemed to have relaxed, and she was flicking her hair with her fingers, which I find very sexy.

I asked her about teaching, and she spoke in general terms, not mentioning the children's names, but she spoke with love of "her" children.

The meal arrived, and we continued to talk as we ate. There were no awkward silences, and there was plenty of laughter.

The food was wonderful.

Claire didn't want one, but I persuaded her to have a dessert.

"I need to watch my figure," she replied

I laughed, "No, you don't. You are very slim."

"Thank you, kind sir," she replied.

"You're welcome. When I give compliments, I mean them."

"Good."

Dessert arrived.

"Mmm, this is nice," Claire said, "Would you like to try some?"

"Okay."

Claire put some of the dessert on her spoon and reached over to my open mouth.

She stared into my eyes as I cleared the contents off the spoon.

It was such a sexy moment.

"Nice," I said.

"Yes, it is."

"But did you just ask me to try it, so there was less for you to eat?"

Claire laughed, "Would I do that?"

"Probably, yes!"

She laughed again.

She looked at me cheekily and smiled as she took another spoonful.

"Would you like more?" she said, smiling broadly.

"No thanks. You eat it."

We smiled our way through the rest of the dessert.

When the coffee came, Claire said, "Thank you, Phil, for inviting me out."

"Your welcome. I have enjoyed your company."

"Good. I have enjoyed yours."

I poured the cream into both our coffee's, and we sat looking at each other.

"What are you looking at?" Claire asked.

"You."

"What are you thinking?"

"I am thinking that I have just had a wonderful evening with the most beautiful woman I have ever met!"

"Awww. Bless you, and thank you."

"You have been wonderful company, Claire."

"So have you. I haven't laughed so much in ages."

"Good. Does that mean we can do this again?"

"It might do," she said, giving me a cheeky smile again.

I smiled back.

"Can I give you a lift home?"

"Thank you. Yes, please."

I called the waiter over to pay the bill. Claire offered to pay half, but I refused her offer as I had asked her out it was my treat.

I helped her to put her jacket on and managed to touch her arms as I did so, which made the hairs on the back of my hand stand up. I took in her perfume again, which was wonderful.

As we walked out, I wanted to hold her hand, but I wasn't sure that I should. I was nervous she would reject the advance, and this was my first date since splitting from Emily's Mum.

We did walk very close to each other, but I wasn't brave enough.

I opened the car door for Claire, which she appreciated. As she slid in, I got my best look yet at her legs. She wasn't tall, but her legs were perfectly shaped and a joy to look at.

I am sure she noticed me looking.

When I got into the driver's seat, I noticed that her dress had risen, exposing some of her thighs. Was that deliberate?

We drove back to Claire's, still chatting away while Claire directed me to her home.

As we pulled up. I wondered what would happen now. Would she invite me in, would we kiss?

Claire took her seat belt off and turned to me.

"Thank you again, Phil I have had a wonderful time. I won't invite you in this time if you don't mind, but yes, I would love to do this again. Maybe in 2 weeks when Emily is with her Mum again."

"That would be perfect, Claire."

Quickly, Claire leaned over and kissed me, briefly on the lips and then pulled away and, in one move, opened the car door.

"Night, Phil."

"Night, Claire."

Claire ran up to her door, opened it, turned and waved to me and went inside.

I took a deep breath before I drove home.

I was on a high, and it was ages before I fell asleep that night.

I woke before 8 am with an idea in my head. I waited until nine and then texted Claire.

"Hi, Claire. I am going to the reservoir to 'walk the dog'. Would you like to come along?"

It was five minutes before she replied.

"Hi. Yes, I would love to. Give me an hour, and then pick me up."

I was at her house exactly 60 minutes later.

Claire appeared and ran to the car, jumping in. She looked around.

"Where's the dog?"

I laughed. "I don't have a dog. It's a turn of phrase that Emily and I use when we go for a walk."

Claire laughed but punched me on the arm.

As we drove, I told her that sometimes Emily and I throw pretend sticks for our 'dog.'

Claire thought it was funny.

It was a bright day, and the walk was enjoyable. As we walked, our arms often touched each other. Then our hands bumped into each other.

"Sorry," I said.

"No need to be."

"Does that mean I can hold your hand?"

"Yes, it does. I would like that very much."

I took her hand, and she squeezed them together. We looked at each other and smiled.

We ended up at the cafe for a warming drink.

"I am sorry, we cant meet up for another two weeks," I said.

"Me too, but we need to protect Emily and take things slowly."

I agreed.

When I dropped Claire home, we had a proper kiss, although only briefly, as she didn't want her neighbours seeing us.

I drove home, happy and sad. Happy that Claire was serious about us but sad we couldn't meet for another two weeks.

Claire texted me later to make sure that Emily had got home okay, which she had.

She ended our text conversation with, "Night, night, Phil xx."

On Monday, Claire texted me just after 8 pm, "Can I call you?"

I replied, "yes, of course, you can."

Two minutes later, my phone rang.

"Hi, Claire."

"Hi, Phil. How are you?"

"Good, thanks. You?"

"Okay, I guess. Missing you!"

"Really?"

"Yes, I am. I loved the weekend, and I'm missing your company."

"Thank you. I am missing you too. I struggled to sleep last night."

"Oh, dear. I'm sorry."

"No, it's okay. It's for a nice reason."

We chatted for about 20 minutes before Clair said, "I'd better go and finish getting ready for tomorrow. Night, night, Phil," and she kissed into the phone.

"Night, Claire. Sleep tight."

Tuesday, she called again, and we chatted for 30 minutes.

On Wednesday, I thought I had better call her for a change, so I did and surprised her.

On Thursday, just after 9 pm, my phone rang, and this time it was a video call from Claire.

"Hi, Claire. I'm glad you haven't caught me in my pyjama's."

"Ha, ha, yes, it's probably a good thing."

We chatted even longer, and it was nice to see her smile again.

These video calls went on each evening, apart from one day, over the intervening evenings until we could meet again.

I booked another restaurant for the Friday of my first free weekend. Again it was some distance from where we lived so as not to arouse suspicions. Towards the end of our meal, Claire said, "You can't afford to keep taking me out to restaurants every time we go out."

"I don't mind. It's worth it just to see your smile."

"Aww, bless you. Seriously though, we can't go out to eat for every date."

"I guess not."

"So tomorrow, come over to mine, and I will cook for us."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes. Very sure."

"I would like that. Shall I bring anything?"

"Just yourself."

I smiled.

We held hands as we left the restaurant.

I drove back to Claire's, and this time we had a proper kiss before she got out of the car. Again, it was a wonderful kiss with tongues.

I found it hard to believe things were going so well between us.
