So there I was, first day of term having been given the job before the summer holidays fresh from college.

So after an hour working through induction paperwork and checking out the equipment store as every good teacher should, I had a few minutes and so went back to the gym space; it was 1030, and I didn’t want to be late for Leah!

The gym was empty, all the kit packed away in the far store and no sign of Michelle or the students who I had heard in there in the last hour - guess I should get myself changed.
