I once worked in an organisation which provided uniforms to female employees but not to the males; it was a long time ago. The uniforms were of the pinafore type, kind of like a school uniform, sleeveless but unlike typical school uniforms they had a front zip running down from a low cut bodice. Matching blouses were worn beneath.
On sunny summer days, some of the ladies would adjourn at lunchtime to a nearby park or to the building's flat roof.... for some sunbathing with zips down, blouses open but soon this progressed to full topless sunbathing.
All came to a halt when Doctors in a nearby overlooking hospital complained to management. It seems Hospital porters were not to be found when my colleagues were on the roof. Myself and my male colleagues would have been there with them, binoculars and zoom lenses in hand (whatever about anything else ) if only we had known.

Having spent many years in the Army, I've inspected lots of female Soldiers and Officers and i could tell you a thing or two about them. |
