its a serious question
My time with stockings started very very innocently while I was still at school , i just remember while shopping for tights I picked up a pair of stockings and my only thought was that these would be so much more comfortable then wearing stuffy tights to school
nothing is worse then sitting in a hot stuffy classroom in tights , so I picked up a pair and a belt and started wearing from the next day and I just loved the feeling of my bits being able to breathe again and nothing sexual was ever linked to wearing stockings for me although I was just 15 at the time
I was aware that they was not the in thing with girls my age so was careful not to wear on pe days etc.
It was not until I was 16 and got into my first proper relationship that I found out just what wearing stockings does for you guys , I remember the first time he saw me wearing was we had gone out and we got rained on and I was soaking wet and we went back to mine and I removed my very wet skirt and his eyes nearly popped out of his head
and in future relationships when they found out I wore stockings they were all chuffed to bits
so just what is it with stockings that does it for you guys ?

Stockings really do it for me. It gives women the slutty yet mature look that every man likes and fantasies about. Personally I love coloured stockings and enjoy her keeping them on when we make love. They mind of give you a teasing sensation especially if she's got sexy legs. |

Visually stockings are incredibly beautiful (especially on a body like yours, Alice) but am I alone in thinking that soft, pure, silky skin is perfect? Simply cannot be improved upon.

As many have said, its the overall picture.
Just a pair of stockings in a packet does nothing, but when adorned on a nice set of pins, its sends the male brain off to la la land. The idea of them combined ith a belt/basque sends it even further into meltdown. Perhaps its because most mens first glimpse of porn usually see said model wearing such accoutrements that hardwires it into the brain?

i never wore stockings till i opened up my sexuality and what it does for people. i dont have the most fantastic looking body but wearing them makes me feel sexy and i love the look on guys or girls faces if im out with them and tell em what im wearing yet they can't see lol. o the thrills lol  |

Not sure what it is, but stockings give legs form, I love the idea I can see something that goes up inside a girls skirt or dress beyond where I should see, then imagine running my hand up the cool nylon clad leg until I get to the boundary of the stocking top, then the warmth of her thigh, knowing I am so close to her woman hood. Also the look, stockings and knickers framing her gorgeous woman hood, and then there is the feel Hmmm
I just wish more women wore them, especially socially or at work! I love to hear about women wearing them, and the reaction of men when its spotted!

Thanks for all the replies I do admit that stockings make legs look fab but still always surprised on how something as simple as a pair of stockings gets such an effect

The reaction is ten times more when sporting a lovely pair of killer heels. Now those really DO make a pair of legs look lush. |

Could be for practical reasons. I know that if my wife is in stockings it's so easy to subtley run my hand up her leg and slip a finger into her, or even bend her over a little. You can't do that if she's in tights.
