3. Bargaining
Bargaining can come from both sides. Perhaps the teaser wants to draw out a particular response from the teasee and perhaps the teasee is proud and stubborn and sees begging for something or saying or doing a particular thing as humiliating and beneath them. Maybe it's a soft limit.
