The following story is true, except for the fact that I’ve taken a few liberties with his name, the locations, and the date.
The accuracy is easy to guarantee because I’m lucky to have an exact log of the events as they unfolded via the messages received via a direct messaging platform, and also because we had permission to film the date via a camera mounted on a tripod (before I’m asked, no, I’m willing to share any footage.).
