FedeX delivered a bottle of Calvados this morning. A small gift from a company that I invested in last summer.
I'm pretty sure that the FedeX employee would have been wearing his/her uniform as they placed the package into the US style mailbox that I have for larger items. |

In the mid 90s I used to have a round in the local area for collecting insurance payments every four weeks from our customers.
As you can imagine I used to visit dozens of customers on a regular basis but there was one particular customer who I visited mid afternoon on Fridays. She and her husband and kids lived in a cottage in the middle of nowhere but most times when I visited her she would be alone and always answered the door dressed only in her dressing gown which I thought was unusual for that time of the day. I was fortunate to have had a wife who loved being naughty with delivery guys. Especially in the summer when she would leave a note on the door to go round the back. They would either find her topless or naked.
For those that are interested she often rewarded the delivery guy. |
