I was moving out of my flat as I had got a new one to move into but last minute there was a snag and my property went tits up but had to get out of mine.
Anyway a mate recommended me to one of his lady friends she had a room that she wanted to let out on a short term rent so I went to look at it, on arrival I was greeted with this lady 5-11 size 14 red hair in a bob she was a looker,she asked me in and she showed me the room ect and the bathroom she said she has a on suite so it would be for my use only anyway I agreed to take it on so we went down stairs done a bit of paper work and she had a bottle of wine in fridge and she asked if I would like to join her and get to know each other so I did.
We sat in the kitchen talking when the door went it was the postman when she walked back in she opened up the box and pulled out this Hugh dildo she put it on the side and looked at me I said omg your going to be busy with that, well needs must she said I will put in I’m my sex room for later. |

If she walked to a door that was locked by the stairs she looked at me and said this room is out of bounds to you I said ok sure back she come and opened up another bottle she changed the subject to partners she asked me if I had anyone I said no I’m not looking at the mo she then just come out and said well that’s good maybe we can come to some arrangement on that I said what like you lost me she said sex you give me sex I give you cheap rent I could not believe my luck |
