Just saw on a update that the call centre personnel have now been stopped from going into the offices and are to work from home and answer calls where they can from there. So it might take a while longer to get through. The live chat tab might work a bit quicker though. Hope it helps a bit, and sorry for the frustration it may cause xxx |
