We are booked to arrive on 26April. We’ve emailed them; no response. We’ve called them; no answer! There is no announcement on the outgoing answer machine message nor any statement on their website. Has anyone had any further contact with them? |

Did you book direct with them or through Booking.com ?
Venus as far as aware is completely shut down so may be slower to respond.
If you booked through .com then they will deal with it |

I know it is easy for us to say don't worry, but Venus have been first class to deal with for us and we have been a few times before.
Bear in mind that GC is in lockdown at present with hotels all closed and i expect that is same for Venus in so far as the staff/owners will not be there at present.
A number of us got full refund and i know of some that chose to choose different dates instead.
At end of the day your CC company should refund if Venus don't sort you out. |

We should have been arriving at Venus Star today. We emailed them and changed the dates, confirmation received back from them same day. Great service as always.
