The rep just told us a few Brits were arrested last night in PDI for being out. Hotel bar is open but there’s no atmosphere and for us it’s a vanilla holiday now. |

Police have just arrived at the hotel. All pools and communal areas now out of bounds. Only allowed to go to the restaurant or bars. Or stay in your room. |

"We are in Dunamar. Confined to room apart from meal time or to go supermarket. Hotel bars closed and pools taped off"
I think the bars will be next here if I’m honest. Confined to a room, with a frustrated angry woman. There’s going to be a death and it ain’t no Covid-19 |

Still keep looking at the live web cams , the beach is deserted, no one walking around the Yumbo , feel so sorry for everyone , just hope there all still around when this nightmare ends |

You really need to check return flights az we didnt know ours was cancelled until someone on here told us and thankfully we have managed to get an earlier flight home and have a fun sexy afternoon too ) xx |

My heart goes out to anyone over there.
I can't believe they have people locked in solitary confinement in their rooms but know its happening as I've seen mates trying to sunbathe on a sun free balcony. Surely that's over the top?

Well it was very eerie for the last few days in PDI but we are home now thanks to TUI... have to say well played to them as our flights left on time as per their website updates... hope everyone else gets home ok soon too x |

It’s not important considering what’s going on but were there any delays at the airport, was the airport duty free operating and was there any duty free sales on the aircraft? Xx |

Everything was closed in airport but maybe a few bits will open based on other comments... seemed daft to us to have them closed as at least that meant social distancing us a chance... everyone waiting 2 hours at gates didn’t make sense

Hmmm...police turned up a while ago, everyone dashed in hotel..police gone now. Looked like a fire engine pulled up, also gone..Good news, saw a group of people get in a mini bus taxi, with their cases, hope they're going home |
