All bars and clubs to close tonight from midnight for 15 days.
People only allowed to visit supermarkets, chemist's, doctors etc. Everything else will be closed and holiday makers to stay in hotel.

Lidl was like a war zone this afternoon. Never seen it as busy. Needless to say you cannot buy a toilet roll anywhere.
We just went down to the tobacco shop and it was well queued up outside.
Valencia is the first region to do this but I think it will be the whole country very soon.
We are more concerned that we get stuck here if the flight home gets cancelled. |

It’s gonna have a massive impact on us as we can’t work, so can’t earn. There is rumours that if you have a contract you’ll get something but we’re all panicking about it
I agree with measures being taken, but the impact on the region will be massive before you even take into account those who will be hit with the virus itself.

All airports close at midnight to incoming planes till about 6 in the morning.

Just been reading Euro Weekly News and they are reporting that holidaymakers are being denied boarding on flights to Alicante.
Only people returning home can board. |

We gat as far as the departure gate at Liverpool late yesterday afternoon and Easy Jet told us are you going or not as we have to get the plane away, I would say about half boarded the plane, the rest of us were treated as leper’s, Easy Jet were disgusting how they treated us, 3 of our friends are already in Benidorm (3 woman) and they are scared to death how it is out there, they have bought a flight tomorrow (300 euros each) Easy Jet again but they seem to think it’s overbooked, I am currently on stand by for a drive to Benidorm tomorrow......... |

Phoned P&O to be told.. We can take you to zeebrugges but Belgium is on lock down from today.
