Looking to travel to lpa. Any tips on where to stay travel to and from airport and places to have fun please. First time there ??

I am from Las Palmas, best option is to stay close to Las Canteras Beach, nice area, nice beach, plenty of services, also 4 m from Maspalomas

Isn't Las Canteras beach in Las Palmas the capital.. Maspalomas the town in the south of island 45 mins away.

Is there another in the north?
