Hi we have never been, so any advice on where to go and how easy it is to find swingers bars clubs etc would be great x

Head for the Cita centre that's where most of the bars and clubs are.Taxi's are very cheap.

Yes if you go upstairs in the Cita you will find the Comeback bar and Imagine which are both just meeting places then the clubs are in the basement.
