Thanx every one, stayed in the yumbo, couple of drinks couldnt find Red Cow, stumble across a busy steak house "Royal", lush sirloin and quite large very tender and a sweet to die fore,
Our last meal in pdi for now back in march xxx |

Red cow? Jesus. Blackpool with sunshine.
The majority of steak in Spain and the islands are from Argentina.
Only a Brit would go abroad and go to a British themed "restaurant" and allow a Brit to cook it.
Asador, casa vieja, el gaucho if it's there still, go to meloneras and go to el churrasco, el carreton, there's no end of great places. |

The Royal,in the yumbo owned by spanish guy met him and cooked by spanish cook u can see them cook it, steak was lush but do prefure scottish beef lol. |

have to say the Martel Steak House on the first floor of Yumbo is fabulous. We have had the chateaubriand twice now and I would defy any two people to finish it all. Fantastic beef (Argentinian or Bolivian)cooked to perfection, service is top drawer too. |
