La marina used to be an amazing naturist beach
But not as good last few seasons
But beach is nice
Dunes good for fun if u like voyeur action
Los besos New club will be just up the road in Feb if ye still around
La marina itself is small and not a lot there
Torrevieja a lovely town
If you have a car alicante well worth a visit
Pm me I'm in Ireland till Feb if you like any insight s

Am looking to go to Alicante 13 to 21 may with a vanilla female friend , who knows nothing about fab or me being on here , but would like to see how she reacts in social gatherings , watching to see where is best to go cheers |

We have a villa in Javea, happy to chat about buying and living in Spain.
If your budget's enough, Javea is very nice (probably best area on Costa Blanca) but expensive as a result.

There really is a lot of property between Alicante and Almeria and it would really depend on what type of property and area you are looking for and, of course, your budget.
The best naturist beach would be Playa Vera and there are also naturist urbanisations next to it. While very nice there in the summer the nightlife is limited and it turns into a bit of a ghost town in the winter.
The same can be said about Mazarron. Various naturist beaches in the area but out of season it is very quiet.
Moving further up towards Alicante you come to the Costa Calida (Murcia) Most famous resort is La Manga but there are lots of smaller places around the Mar Menor, but again they tend to have the same problems as further south. Very busy in the season but very quiet outside of it.
Moving up onto the Costa Blanca itself you come to Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja. It can get a bit crazy there in the high season and, while it does go quieter in the winter, if you pick your area carefully there is usually enough going on all year. There is also a small naturist beach at Cala Mosca (Orihuela Costa)
Between Torrevieja and Alicante there is Guardamar and La Marina. Not many expats live in the towns themselves but there are various urbanisations (most notably La Marina) on the outskirts.
Between La Marina and Guardamar is probably the best naturist beach in the area.
There are also lots of small towns and villages inland but it would take me a week to type them all.
If you want peace and quiet then you have a lot to choose from. If you want something with a bit of year round life then really Torrevieja and into Orihuela Costa would take a lot of beating.
Property prices are still quite reasonable. A decent apartment can still be bought for 70/80,000€ and you can pick up a townhouse for around 100k.
It's worth noting that while nothing like as crazy as the boom in the early 2000's the price pressure is generally upwards now.

I would just add to the above.
If you are looking for a holiday home visit the area at least twice and at different times of the year before you take the plunge. What looks wow in July can look an awful lot different in January.
If you are thinking of a more permanent move the the best advice would be to rent somewhere for at least 6 months (better a year) The rental money may be lost but it could save you from a very expensive mistake. |

We came we saw we conquered . Had a fantastic time was a great voyage of discovery. Met some great people some swingers some just xpats but we had a great time with both. Discovered some naughty naturist beaches to . We will be returning late may early june for more fun and frolicking and more discovering. Anyone with advice on beaches ,clubs ,parties etc , we would love to hear from you x |
