can anyone local recommend a nice restaurant locally that good value for money. dont wishes to b spending hundreds but dont want cheap and nasty either!!!!

Try Asian place called Restaurante YAHO at Puerto Rey (its like ~2.5km from nudist area). We liked it!

Los Conteros, Oasis bar, Bar la Reva, Blue Parrot, Frankies bar, The Bistro, Angus and Hereford steak house, Yaho all serve great food at very reasonable prices.
