I'm off to GC next week - any recommendations for decent Restaurants please? especially those near to the clubs? Places where the clubbers go beforehand? somewhere you can "watch the world go by"?

Cheers

Michael

(i expect to be around Hut 4 most daytimes!)

Explore the Cita Centre and you will find loads of bars and restaurants to watch everyone go by and catch their eye! Make sure you go inside the Centre on the first floor.

The clubs are all downstairs in the basement.

...and of course remember to visit Imagine and Comeback bars. Both on the first floor.

There is a lovely little steak house on the top floor of Cita (around the corner from Comeback Bar) called El Torro.

Elderly couple run it and been there years. He cooks the steaks in front of you and good entertainment when he sets light to the spirits over it.

Marco Polo in Cita - highly recommended.

Definately value for money - reasonable prices and top food. (and very convenient - the bars Comeback and Imagine are just around the corner

Another for Wapa Tapa.

Sakura 3 is around the side of Cita, portions are huge and they also do teppanyaki out the back.

We had a beautiful meal the other night in meson de tapas, its next door to hotel rey carlos and right on the corner, if you follow round to left you will come to cita centre. The food and service was great. Initially we were put off because of the busy road but once inside it was lovely.
