Anyone on here been or intend to go to Benidorm in November or December.

Flights and Hotels are great value but wonder if everything will either be dead or closed.

Benidorm Spain

Season in Benidorm is really short and most of the bars etc still have shows etc. It will be quieter than summer months, but it’s still loads of fun. I spent new year here a few years back too and loads of places still really busy. November is excellent for fiesta too. There’s always something to do here. I say here, I’m actually miles from Benidorm ??

Agree, we are off there for a week early October. Old Town is lovely and so is the swingers club just above old town.

Costa Blanca Spain...

Benidorm is a 12 month resort, it is never really dead.

However different times of the year attract different groups of people.

From late Spring through to early Autumn it tends to attract more (mostly British) party people plus a few families. So around the square and the Calle Girona strip is usually (pretty much always) busy.

From early November onward it starts to thin out a bit, other than the mid November fiesta week when the place is rammed and it picks up bit around Christmas and New Year.

Jan/Feb/March sees an influx of (mostly Spanish) pensioners so while the resort itself is actually busy the bars can be quiet, although the restaurants in the old town will be very busy (especially in the early evenings)

Even in the quieter months there are always the weekend break people and the ubiquitous stag and hen do's.
