For a swinger friendly bar then Bar 23 in the old town is about the only one. One of the staff is a Fabber. There is even a thread on here about it.
Other than that it's the club (Cupido) or the cinema (El Sofa) nothing else.
Just to add. The Cafe Benidorm myth that you sometimes read about on here is exactly that. A myth.
