"Sorry but we have exact same experience - no "vibe" about the place. We go to GC a couple of times a year and always make a point of visiting and it can be busy or quiet, we go with friends or without and still it doesn't have the same feel as Comeback. Lord knows we've tried but we just don't get it. " Just depends what you're looking for, thank goodness we all have different tastes, otherwise we would all be crushed in one bar!  | |||

We've been unfortunate in the times we've visited as always found it quiet with no atmosphere. Comeback Bar, even when quiet, has atmosphere. We will keep trying though."We love it in there, if you find it quite try October your be lucky to get a seat. | |||

"We've been going to Imagine Bar since it moved to Cita and seen it grow and grow both in popularity and size. One thing that hasn't changed, is the moaners and complainers....no atmosphere, too hot, too cold, too smokey, too quiet. Bollix....its a Bar, that's it. Single guys complaining about 'no action'? try one of the many brothels. No atmosphere? Try creating/adding to the atmosphere. Too hot? It's the feckin Canaries. Too cold? Put a feckin jumper on. Too smokey? Move seats from the 'smoking terrace'(Have never come out of the place smelling of smoke...open ceilings at least 15' high and fans keeping the air moving). Too quiet? Try staying, instead of wandering around Vita, aimlessly, looking for 'the crowd. We've been there when it was just Tonny, Saskia and us...been there when it's been a brilliant, party atmosphere and there's only been a handful of people there and been there when it's been literally packed to the doors. You make of it what you will....but it's just a Bar? Don't expect anything other than that. It's a great Bar, has a great selection of drinks, at great prices, with larger than average measures...but it's just a Bar. No one is going to guarantee you a good time but it's a great place to have a good time, with like minded people. We will continue to go there and enjoy it....moaners, you won't be missed but ask yourself this....is Imagine Bar the cause, or an excuse, for your own discontentment." | |||

Do me a favour... For example has anybody ever been to: CAFE del MAR - Faro Boulevard | Meloneras Now this is a trendy Club Restaurant Cabaret, where they serve the most delicious cocktails while worshipping the sunset on the Meloneras Promenade. The cocktails are only €5 like at Imagine Bar, it's possible to go there to drink only and watch a fabulous show, you can smoke because it's in the open and wow what a luxury! Open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 02:00 I most certainly won't go to Gran Canaria because of Imagine Bar that's for sure... Open your minds (open minded people) | |||

There will always be moaners as there are for BUDE4 BAR and SWEET MOMENTS (no comparison whatsoever with Imagine tatty Bar by the way) the point is there are alternative places to go to! Go and visit them for yourself... "We've been going to Imagine Bar since it moved to Cita and seen it grow and grow both in popularity and size. One thing that hasn't changed, is the moaners and complainers....no atmosphere, too hot, too cold, too smokey, too quiet. Bollix....its a Bar, that's it. Single guys complaining about 'no action'? try one of the many brothels. No atmosphere? Try creating/adding to the atmosphere. Too hot? It's the feckin Canaries. Too cold? Put a feckin jumper on. Too smokey? Move seats from the 'smoking terrace'(Have never come out of the place smelling of smoke...open ceilings at least 15' high and fans keeping the air moving). Too quiet? Try staying, instead of wandering around Vita, aimlessly, looking for 'the crowd. We've been there when it was just Tonny, Saskia and us...been there when it's been a brilliant, party atmosphere and there's only been a handful of people there and been there when it's been literally packed to the doors. You make of it what you will....but it's just a Bar? Don't expect anything other than that. It's a great Bar, has a great selection of drinks, at great prices, with larger than average measures...but it's just a Bar. No one is going to guarantee you a good time but it's a great place to have a good time, with like minded people. We will continue to go there and enjoy it....moaners, you won't be missed but ask yourself this....is Imagine Bar the cause, or an excuse, for your own discontentment." | |||

Update for you since Carlos send the police over twice .. its only smoking on the terrace, not inside ..but you couldn't know that.. same as the terrace, its twice as big when it gets busy and its open then ..(no offence you couldn't know that ..) "I only had one bad experence it was back in august last year it was really quite and i was the only single guy in the bar but a guy from a couple started to recruite all the other couples to his table when they came in his table also had a few single fems the idea being to leave me out (think he was a control freak lol) It backfired as a really good looking couple he tried to recruit knocked him back lol but then came and chatted to me. Yes the cita centre is somewhat run down,but as a centre in PDI it hosts 2 of the most popular clubs,secrets and fun4all.
The owners of Imagine,Tony and Saskia, have obviously taken advantage of this and opened their bar (yes it's a bar,nothing more,nothing less) in close proximity to two of the more popular clubs in PDI .
They don't claim to be anything other than a swinger friendly bar.
