Used the site a couple of times. Stayed in PDI once and Maspalomas the other time. Both apartments were clean and well kitted out. No issues what so ever.

It’s really about how reliable the host is but we’ve never been let down. You’ll be fine x

As others have said, it's about how reliable the host is.

We've used air BnB a few times and we are currently on holiday on the Costa del sol, in an amazing air BnB apartment.

We are currently in PDI staying in an air bnb apartment right by the Cita centre. It’s small, but clean and about the same price as some hotels.

costa blanca , Spain. near BENIDORM

Spanish authorities are clamping down on airbnb, claiming they are illegal because they don’t have a tourist licence. I have heard of police arriving at airbnb properties and literally throwing the guests out on the street

Using Air this year but have used Homeaway and Holiday Rentals in the pastcwhich are similar. One big tip. Keep all communication in the portal which you use. And make sure It has a payment protection scheme attached
