Just got back yesterday from g.c. Imagine bar was 24 euros for 1 large beer and a gin and tonic, comeback bar 32 euros for 2 large beers and 2 gin and tonics. Come back was busy busy, imagine was very quiet, pleasant staff but really ought to think about the pricing. |

seriously,, I'm not a scrimper on holiday but I do like a few beers so now a bit unsure to head here early as it will cost me a fortune lol, hoping they rethink on it lol.. have to get my fill beforehand haha

Are you sure you paid 24 euros gin and tonic and 1 large beer ? I hardly belive in that .. !! |

Hi, you had to have a little more than that', 1 pint and 1 normal gin tonic is not even 10 euro. if you have a special gin, what we have a lot it can be more.. but still not what you are saying here. we have every night around 20/ 30 couples in.. we have seats for more than 80 people so we are a little bit bigger than the other place.

Imagine has easily the best prices around and also give very full measures.....they do have a large list of specialty drinks and of course they cost more but I doubt €24 is correct. Imagine also have printed receipts, so very easy to check?
Both bars were busy when we were there, last week, from taking to friends but, as Imagine is so much bigger, it can look quieter at times. |

i couldnt belive they paid 24 euro for what they got .. usualy have vodka red bull in there .. always too strong for me lol ..and less price than anywhere else in pdi ..  |

phew,, glad to hear lol, as we are planning to spend quite a bit of time in this bar as heard nothing but good about it, can't wait for September to head here , looking forward to meeting saskia and tonny  |

Sorry but if you can tell us what night you where in, we can check the bill and let you know. But if you thought you were overcharged why didn´t you tell us in the bar, because what you say you where drinking you had to pay less than € 10,00. We have pricelists on every table and you always get a bill.

We’ve been into both bars and never had a problem with drinks prices, always seemed reasonable.
I only drink non-alcoholic when out out but Mrs likes a tipple and I would have clocked any over charging.
The Staff are all so friendly I don’t understand why you didn’t question it at the time.
Please also bear in mind the owners of all these bars work very hard for tight margins and should at least be given the courtesy to check an accusation before it’s plastered on here.

Yes always query your bill if you think there is a problem, if a mistake was made, Tonny and Saskia would soon rectify it. It's better to do that than put it on an open forum. |

Is it just us, that notices that all the single guys, that whinge and moan on here, are all unverified, or on over a year, with one hidden verification??

We are not super fans or have loyalty to just one bar.
We tend to go into most of the swingers bars and clubs over a week but that doesn’t stop us appreciating each for their own merits.
Each of these establishments are offering a service specific to our alternative lifestyle, so it’s not just a bar or a club.
You tend to get to know the owners and staff and appreciate the work they put in, yes it’s just a business and they make money but we would not have the fun we do without them.
Negative publicity to is not good for any business, especially for one catering to such a specific target, so I think it’s perfectly reasonable for an accusation of theft, which is what overcharging is, to be challenged.
You may not give a monkeys if the diverse concentration of clubs and bars in PDI continues but some of us do.
