I think you keep going to your left as you go onto the dirt roads.

Roads to the right go towards the resturant and saw no nudes thre

Last year the beaches either side of the restaurant at Papagao were packed. Lovely beaches but lots of families so no naked bathing.

Will be checking out caleta de congrio as suggested above

There is a private beach at Papagayo for nudists just after the main beach from the Playa Blanca side. Secluded and no families. There is also a wee cove af the back where there are often shenanigans! On my list to visit whilst there next week!
