Im there 26th May for a week. first time here staying at Rui Olivia hotel. I know the town is a bus ride away but can anyone recommend any good swingers bars. And decenta places to eat incase i feel like a change frm the hotel food. |

We're just back, Hello bar is not a swingers bar and looked pretty dire when we walked past it each night on the way to RIB. It was either closed or virtually empty. I believe it may have changed hands in the past 12 months. Loads of great places to eat, depending on your budget and tastes. |

Is the Avenida in TA's top 5? If it's not it should be.

The same guy (Tony) works there, he's been there for years. He tells everyone it's his bar but it's not. It's a rancid flea pit, I went in there last year but never again.
You get a few ex-pats in there late on but that's about it. |

Yes he does own it now (Tony).
Mike who used to own it has moved away and he and his ex wife were the swinging element.
It is a great friendly bar and cheap too.
As for restaurants the best in our opinion and in no particular order are land of freedom, rompeolas, infusion, vivi for pizza and Jaipur for Indian. For day time snacks clarkies always good but a fair walk out from town. Sky bar seems to be popular never been though.
Bar Torino on beach in El Cotillo has the best fish and shellfish on the island. |

I thought Mike's wife passed away a couple of years ago? Mike seemed an ok guy to me.
Tony's a nice guy if it's disguting extreme racists that float your boat. I don't give the bar long if he's got it now.

There was one couple of swingers in there when we there there one time last year. The female half came stretched her leg along the seat to show her ankle bracelet.
I've been in there 3 or 4 times and that was the only time I saw any obvious signs of it being a swingers' joint.
The next time we went in Tony did a spot of 'comedy' and we never went back.
We walked past 2 or 3 times a couple of weeks ago when we were over and it was just Tony, not a customer in sight. I can't see how it keeps going.
If you like living in 1974 then it's probably just the job. |

There no real bars . But if u leave your rui hotel and turn right heading away from correjelo direction there is a bar located approx 1.5 mile away on the beach
In the sand dunes there plenty of international swingers there loitering in the sand dunes if not el Cotello there a spot there too so good luck fuerventura not great for swinger it's a closed community lol |

It is Tony's bar, Mike had to leave Fuerte through I'll health he handed lease to Tony as well as his house. It was never a swingers bar, but a nice bar to be introduced to other swingers we have met other swingers in there by prior arrangement. |

Most of the bars are open late from memory, 2am was our latest night , but we’re old  |

I think they run as long as clubs are open. During the day it’s about €8. |
