GC - All inclusive / best hotels

We're still debating going to GC to PDI or Maspalomas in June but hotel choice is important to us. Some of the hotels we have seen look horrid but surely there are some good ones.
Can anyone recommend some good resorts, especially keen on all inclusive resorts 4*+. |

4 star Hotels dont come cheap.Thats the case for most accommodation at PDI.It might be because its a resort mainly for Germans Dutch and Scandis and they must have money to throw away or a just plain mugs as there is nothing in PDI to justify such high prices .Its a very run down and dated type of place thats living on past glory.We have paid £600 (10 nights) for a decent 1 bed apartment with a south west facing pool in the centre which is good value for money but that took a bit of finding! |

We tend to stay at la mirage or an apartment but If you’re looking for luxury then Lopesan costa Melonares is probably one of the best hotels.
It’s close to some really nice shops, the lighthouse and the beach. |

Any hotel Maspalomas side will be way better than tired old PDI. The Princess hotels are all inclusive and reasonable. Any hotel along the Maspalomas front are very nice but some are not all inc.
