2x2 use to be our favourite club in PDI.
But in our last two trips,Nov 16,and Oct17,we have really gone off the place.
Sunday's greedy girls was normally the highlight to our holiday,but lately the whole atmosphere has changed,I doubt we will be back.
Other clubs have improved where as 2x2 seems to be going backwards. |

Last went in March and I have to agree with you. The club seems to have lost its way. We noticed then how the 'regulars' were not coming in. I appreciate that Chris has not been well, but if he wants his club to survive, he has to put in place the staff that will keep the club going in the way we have all come to enjoy. Hope it works out for them, or we will be looking for an alternative. |

All it needs is a male hand. If Chris is not there, employ a guy that can manage it. Giving the full trust to the females In running the business(not that im sexist or something) is a kinda bad idea. As If the idiot guys will see there is no men In charge they can think they can do everything. Well its only my point of view. This business is not an easy one Thats for sure. |

That's always been my thoughts. It's easy to do and they always used to, but not now, for some reason. As I've said before, it's normally the young Spanish lads, that we've found a problem, not all I will add! Do the maths, a couple come in and buy 2 drinks...maybe €20-€25 tab....a single guy comes in €30 up front.
It's obvious the only thing that counts is the amount of takings... atmosphere and enjoyment are bottom of the list. We also noticed a drop in standards of cleanliness with the toilets etc
It always had a sleazy, edgy feel to it but now it's dirty and just sleazy....sad to see. We went once in two weeks, next time we probably won't bother at all |

We went only once on our visit recently. The place stinks and needs a good deep clean. The choice of guys for Katie was bad. Fat old guys.( Not her thing). We have noticed the toilet area is poor and all the leather beds etc just stink. It was the same in June but hoped it would’ve improved. This was our best club on the island but rethinking that now. Shame to see this happen. |

2x2 was my favourite club in gc .. but not anymore .. it is not as clean as before .. and deffenetly not my tipe of guys in 2x2 .. last year October was not too good ..april this year same ..october this year even worse.. only been 1 time on my 9 days of holiday.. dont now if it will be any better

We have been there twice this holiday and will not return for clenliness reasons.. and we return to UK on the 8th Nov

Not sure what the answer is guys. I would have thought that he would have had some feedback and I would have thought that he would have popped in at some stage, o see the problems. Just seems like he's lost his way. |

Some rooms have locks on if you want privacy x
We always use large towels from behind bar to lie on and clean up after ourselves

Hi guys. Not everyone is as clean and respectful as you, unfortunately. No I wouldn't expect any of that, but when a previous member of staff was there, some time ago, she would go round several times and clean down the beds. She would also check there were plenty of condoms available and she would check the toilets at regular intervals, nothing worse than dirty toilets. When Chris was there on a regular basis, he would frequently be in the play area, checking everyone was ok and the singles were behaving themselves. People won't go in if all this is true and I really hope that doesn't happen. We have been friends with Chris for many years and I can contact him direct, but until I have experience of this myself, I don't think it is my place to talk to him. We will still go in when we return next year and sincerely hope everything and he, is ok. |

It was defo our best club on the island by a mile but won’t go in until we know it’s clean. A good deep clean at the end of every night would defo bring it bk to standard. Other clubs manage it so don’t know why 2x2 don’t. Maybe a refurb of sorts would sort it out too. Just our humble thoughts. |

We visited on Monday for couples only night and it was our first visit from 2 years ago.
Our opinion is that the club looked clean and reasonable. There are definitely less clean looking clubs.
We found the two bar girls very friendly and approachable. Not sure if it’s the same girl who was a pink lookalike, but the mean strawberry mojito she made was still tremendous two years on.
I would visit this place just for this reason!
Any couples who want a more relaxed approach to swinging and want to try 2x2, we’d definitely say try on a Monday. |

Cannot understand the outcry towards a guy, a guy who deep down won’t give two fucks for to anyone on this forum, who quite clearly cannot be arsed to keep his club clean and run it with commitment.
Don’t bleat and whine, take your hard earned money and spend it in one of the other plentiful swinging establishments where the owners do show they care. That way he may just reflect and take a good look at his club and himself and make the appropriate changes needed to run his business successfully.

Mondays are usually good there , ( couples only). Tuesday ( lingerie nite) not bad either. Weekends not so good, as balance of peeps is wrong Not enough couples , too many single blokes. It changes the dynamic. 2x2 does not pretend to be anything it’s not. It’s a club for playing first and foremost !! Let’s hope they get it together and address some of the issues that have been mentioned. |

Reading the comments on this thread, most people are slagging off the club and saying it’s in trouble....I think if the owner reads this he will probably laugh, as he knows how well his club is doing and how people are enjoying it. This is just a few comments from a minority of the British clientele....anyone who has been in the club will know that most of the other guests are European with only about 10% British.
Whenever I have visited the club they have enforced a single guy limit and I turn the balance has been good and the staff very friendly.
Some people on this thread claim to know the owner, so why don’t they address their issues to him directly before openly slating the club. |

But they don’t “really know” the owner........they think they do because they go twice a year, never go anywhere else and think that because he kisses ass and sucks up to them as they walk through the door they are “special”
In reality any couple that walks through the door is treated similarly, anyone who is a true “friend” would be ringing him, especially when they “have his number” and voicing what is being written and highlighting the damage potentially being done.
That is of course if they are really friends and not just claiming to be to gain kudos. |

Also, I would think Chris will know from his takings, if there are any problems at his club and is intelligent enough to work it out for himself, without people contacting him. It doesn't matter who goes in his club 'friends' or new 'friends', as long as they're spending money, that's business. |

Just to add, everyone that walks through that door should be treated with respect for the duration of heir holiday, whether they are long term customers or new ones. Do I think I'm 'special'? Actually yes I do. Do I think I'm 'special' to Chris, no not particularly and I seek kudos from no one. |

But they don’t “really know” the owner........they think they do because they go twice a year, never go anywhere else and think that because he kisses ass and sucks up to them as they walk through the door they are “special”

You have though on several occasions said that Chris was a friend, even going back to the famous Sarong-Gate scandal.... and on this latest occasion said that you had his number....however instead of calling a special friend you chose to join in with the slating of this “friend of Yours” club on a public forum..

We went twice on our last trip once for there halloween party which was rubbish and then again on couples night, but was not a good night. The girls behind the bar never look happy and some of the nicer couples walked in and straight back out followed by us. Will not bother going again if it's going to be like that, may as well just stay in the cita. |

Firstly, I'm not sure I was slating him. These are people who have been going in there for years, I wouldn't think they've all got it wrong. Secondly, sarong gate was supposed to be a bit of fun, not for the humourless, grumpy people and lastly, he helped me when my husband had an accident on holiday and i was given his number in case I needed any help from him, whilst he was in hospital, which I was grateful for. As I've said,I will still go in 2x2 and if it is not for us,we will go elsewhere. As you say, he's probably having a good laugh about this! |

Plain and simple....we say things, as we see them and post about our actual experiences, when visiting a Club. Our points are issues of genuine concern and are posted to inform others.
Is 2x2 still making money....undoubtedly. Has the atmosphere in 2x2 changed, since Chris hasn't been there nightly....also undoubtedly. Have we enjoyed going there recently, as much as we did before....undoubtedly not.
Of course UK/Irish are not the majority of 2x2's clientele but they do make up a significant minority. One of the things we noticed was the absence of the German/Dutch crowd, which in the past would have been to the fore.
Ultimately, if a Club loses its regular clientele, it will be to its detriment and the comments by many, are remarkably similar, which is hardly down to coincidence. |

This pretty much seems to sum it up and I hope it gets sorted out, as we have had some great times in here and Chris (my best friend...haha) has always been the perfect host and we miss him being in there. |

We used to love this club . Wouldn’t go anywhere else. But it has deteriorated big time . We won’t be back until we hear it’s in better condition. We would arrive late thurs, showered ,ready then straight to 2x2 for nude night.
We have also witnessed a German woman getting assaulted in there by a Spanish guy in June. The girls in there should be commended as they handled the situation perfectly. Got him out with no further trouble. So in essence, the staff are great and run the club well,it’s the cleanliness that needs sorted out. We had total respect for the girls in 2x2 after that. |

Like I said, we will go and see for ourselves, when we're next our there. Gosh that wasn't a very nice incident, but well done girls for dealing with it. Don't know if Kiara is still there,but she runs the club very well. Lola was there last time, but she comes and goes and is a little firecracker! |

Well... we arrive tomorrow (Saturday) for our usual 2 weeks at this time of year and like others we will still visit all the clubs that we usually do and take each night as it comes... (2x2 / fun4all / Secrets etc) and we will enjoy ourselves as we have done for last 10 years... |

Just back yesterday and went in 2x2 every night x don’t know if we are biased or not but love the place x took new friends as we have in the past and they all loved it x was clean x staff very friendly x Kiara checking rooms x saw Chris for about 10 mins one night ( not an issue to us him not being there) ok more single fellas in than other places but they always took no as a no x true some older ones etc but the staff cannot discriminate who comes in re looks size and age x we will be back in January and no doubt be in there every night again x ps we have tried all the other clubs but OUR favourite is 2x2 |

2x2 is our favourite too...also back in January & will definitely be back in the club |
