If you booked by CREDIT card then you can apply direct to your Bank or card issuer under section 75 of Consumer credit act. They will want flight dates,times,and price paid. If you booked by DEBIT card first you must write to the Receivers requesting a full refund. They probably write back and say sorry no money. Then you go back to the bank with this email/letter requesting "chargebackback" of money paid .Debit refunds will be longer. Good luck
