There seem to be a few gay friendly bars dotted around the old town, apparently also sex cinemas with predominantly gay or bi clientele with a TV/TS element. Many native Spanish don't speak English so if you can't converse in at least a degree of basic Spanish it's unlikely you'll have many options beyond ex pat's and other English speaking tourists.
