It depends on your budget and tastes. You can stay for 300 euro or 3000 euro. There is a lot of choice and places like the Booking websites have lots of fairly accurate reviews. In PDI certainly the Lopesan own that Meloneras stretch which is the nicest spot near to the big beach.
We personally think if you are spending Lopesan prices and that is your usual standard then the CITA centre is going to come as a bit of a culture shock!!!
We live here but have stayed at Lopesan and Venus, Mirage from a swinging perspective and always found the swinging venues fitted better with the vibe of an erotic break and the CITA etc.

Totally agree the upmarket hotels are beautiful but yumbo and cita will be a culture shock as they are very run down!
However we kind of love the vibe at la mirage and then to clubs often with a group which is immediately fun

We stayed in a small adults only hotel called Tagoror Beach. Every day we were there we had the pool area to ourselves and it was walking distance to Yumbo and Cita plus it was very reasonably priced. |

Riu Palace is 'expensive ' but is actually very good value for money as the service, the rooms, the pool area and grounds are top notch !!! The food is really outstanding and we are v fussey!
( and it's staggering distance to the beach and the clubs !) |

We stayed at the Neptuno a couple of years ago and couldn't fault it.I sent an email to them saying it was G's birthday. And they organosed a birthday cake for her. More gay guys there than couples but but we found it a great hotel where the food was brilliant and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Had a fantastic stay. |

Riu Palace Oasis Maspalomas is a little bit more expensive than many but oh so worth the extra, huge gardens leading down to the beach, wonderful food and exceptional service. It is however a vanilla hotel but PDI is only a €5 taxi ride and Kiosk 4 and the dunes a short walk along the beach. Ive stayed here 4 times and back again June 24th for another week. |

yes those riu ones look very impressive,we spend very little time in our hotel while in pdi and also prefer to eat out so we tend to go for the cheaper ones as long as they are clean and in a good location xxx |

Gotta be the Gold! Superb location for Cita and Yumbo. We were recommended it and stayed for 10 days in April.. loved it.. heading back there again for a week in October. Brekkie is yum.. pool area is so relaxing. It's adults only , although not a 'Swingers' hotel,.. plenty stay there, so great for socialising too! Gets our vote! A |
