Quite often Fab forum threads talk about the action to be had in the dunes at Corralejo. We go there often but have seen virtually no evidence of it.
We were there from 11am to 6pm yesterday in glorious weather but saw nothing other than a little old man who sat close to us for a few hours playing with himself and several gay men meeting up at the end of the day. Our experiences at the lagoons at El Cotillo are very similar.
We may not be to everyone's taste but I don't think we have been hit with the ugly stick. Does anyone have any suggestions? |

We've been on the beach the last two days from around 11 until 4ish, the stone circles were all occupied nearest to the last beach bar and we couldn't be bothered to walk miles so just pitched our little shelter on the beach and teased each other. Had to run into the sea with a semi at least twice. I think that 99% of the folk on the beach are naturists rather than Swingers, it's difficult to spot the difference without risking a slap on the face |

Mainly gay and bi guys which suits me I also met an older couple once and he watched as we made love in the stone circle at teatime. Quite a few swingers at the gran natura next door but predominantly gay I'm afraid. |

We were trudging through the Dunes not far behind Kiosk 4, heading towards the lighthouse along the line of posts and got propositioned by two naked Spanish men sunbathing, waiting just behind a bush to proposition people on the main path going in from the side by the lighthouse. ('Hey we fuck now?' was how it was put to us) We also saw some action taking place further in. Clearly its there if you want it. Everyday we went through the dunes or near them, there was always an eagles nest of men, naked or half naked, standing on one particular hill which afforded them a view over the areas of vegetation, clearly waiting to swoop in. We notice the gay and straight areas do seem to pretty much overlap and share the same place more or less by a few hundred yards.
To be honest, that whole thing was not our bag and the sand there gets in absolutely everything but there was always a bit of a gentle wind when we went down to the beach and that was all it took. But it was interesting to see what was happening and on offer. Be aware also that the current on the beaches by the Dunes is especially strong only a few yards out and is extremely dangerous, we said this at the time and was sadly proven to be correct when only a few days later someone drowned just near Kiosk 8, just a little along from Kiosk 4. |

It's amazing the universal language of "fuck off". We cycled down to Flag beach today and we're nicely housed in the stones when an old bloke came far too close and started posing, a couple of Paddington stares at him didn't have any effect, it took a jerk of a thumb before he took off with his (rather small) cock between his legs.... other than that it was a lovely few hours of gentle teasing of each other |

We were over in the lagoons at cotillo today very quiet one guy propositioned a couple close to us but was given the universal f off! As has been said Fuerteventura is mainly naturists not swingers on the beaches. We have been known to have a play by ourselves in the stone circles but wouldn't invite any strangers to join us. |

Exactly, and the bloke who was staring at us must have been in his 70s. We were quite happy teasing each other |

"El Cotillo lagoons today, glorious sunshine, gentle breeze and naked bodies but not even a voyeur in sight. Not disappointed, just surprised. "
Can't wait to get there for our sneaky week in July ( just hope that it's not too crowded as we are there 'peak season ' this time ) |

We were here last year in September and it's much quieter now. Easy to get a stone circle at Flag Beach and generally much more room.
So who's up for a "Fab Night" at RiB on Friday? |

We were there in May last year and it was quiet then too! March and October and New year times are the busiest. Think that applies in all the Canaries as of course you get winter / autumn sun !!
July/ August is family time, ( in GC the swingers bars and clubs actually close for annual holidays in August! ). Be interesting when we are there in July, could be a very different experience ? |

They are just outside a small town called El Cotillo ( which is also a great place ) . Head out towards the lighthouse and they are about a mile or so on the left (of course!) . You can get a bus to El C , but car hire is v cheap and makes getting there v easy. When are you hoping to go there ? |

The dunes and the lagoons are big - always going to be hit and miss.
The issue is knowing where folks are going to be (and when) and identifying non-fab swingers (of which there are, believe it or not, some!) and from other countries.
For us, being in El Cotillo, the two parts of the lagoons we've identified suitable for playing are just north of El Caleton and the 'cove' - if you continue until the beach gets to the big headland you have to walk over it is just before that. Others may have their favourites.
Of course, if more used the mobile App, it would help....and turned on 'who is near'.

We go to Correlejo each year, usually late summer and sometimes spend a day in the stone circles. Prefer the comfort of a sun lounger now but we have had the opportunity for fun each time we have been, either inviting a voyeur in to watch us,having a gu wank over J,or fun with another couple in their circle. Agree there are the usual meerkats but be picky!
At the lagoons at el Cotillo we haven't had any fun,we usually bathe at the first lagoon but understand there are another two but not explored those....maybe this year |

"flag beach is a bit too near town and too many windsurfers ( obviously ) !! go past the hotels, past the naturist sun beds to the dunes / stone circles there for any chance of fun.."
Nonsense....Flag Beach is not too near to town its a good half hours walk along the shoreline from town, and if you get as far as the windsurfers you have gone too far. The "play" area is closer to the Gran Natura Hotel. |

Is it really ? Are you saying that couples play there ? Good news if yes. Tbh only seen lots of single blokes who have walked out from town ( wives left behind in the hotel spa and beauty salon?) . Thought any serious potential play areas are further out past the hotels. Less meerkats and pervs as they can't get there and back before their wives get suspicious ? |

The flag beach is primarily for water sports and naturists. Very nice beach and like most out of town beaches on Fuerte 'naturist friendly ' . Think unlikely you have missed out on anything..... |

Thanks for a great post. Very accurate!
We love Fuerte, but haven’t been for a while ( been going to GC for fun )
Just wondering about Reynaldos, which we love, hope it’s still as good for when we go back at the end of the year ( do you know what happened to Sophie who used to run it with her late husband ? ) x |

"Hi we go to fuerte 3-4 times a year and have never failed not to see any fun! We never go looking for fun either but every part of the beach we have been on we have seen fun....We are also very aware of who are the perverts and who are genuine people just looking for some fun, and as we go alot know most of the local perverts also, and watch for the pain in the arses who come off the sunbeds leave wife behind and go looking for action easy to spot either as they never walk in a straight line just go from naked lady to next lady lying, also very wary that alot of them are on here watching posts so beware!
A run down of the beaches flag beach from Gran natura first 150 yds full of single males either gay or pests tried twice but fed up with wankers OK if they were decent looking but sorry not good bit of beach...After riu Olivia and back from the last sunbeds much better for couples and decent single guys and you can also see the arseholes coming towards you and really nice part of beach, we actually had to stop a young couple there going full throttle as the camels were approaching! Next place for fun is over at reynaldos alot of gay men but also couples there and plenty going on gay and heterosexual but find that most fun on the beaches is very discreet which is good for everyone. Any fun we have had is always discreet and with decent nice people also, so they are there.... as a couple it's always hard to gauge other couples in same mind but we have met couples on the beach.. males are easy as they walk by you with erections! Hope this helps anyone looking for fun and remember fuerte is not Gran canaria and we like the fun to be discreet so everyone can use all parts of the beach.... "
Perfect review..... i'm local and I see you know well the area....don't forget Cotillo lagoons....nice places there too |

where is Renaldos? is this the bar to the right of the Riu Olivia we normally stop there for a beer and then find a stone circle to the right of the bar only people looking over are people looking for fun so your not going to get any accidental viewings, we have seen a few couples play here but like you say a lot of single guys some of them clothed. |

Pretty sure Renaldos is the one you describe. When we were there in May is was almost always (clothed) men who peeped, got very tiresome in the end so we went to Flag beach instead. |

No that is not reynaldos you will need to walk at least another 10-15 mins from where you are and you will come across reynaldos and we would say very rarely on this part of the beach you actually see some one who is not naked... we are sure everyone who knows reynaldos will verify this.. |

100% correct . This part of the beach is mainly naturist ( unlike the flag beach which attracts clothed pervs from Corralejo !) . Their is a sign to Reynaldos on the beach about 20 mins walk from the hotels . |

Ah thanks, we'd been using what we thought was the last bar! When we're back in Oct we'll try out Renaldos. Roughly how far is it from the road, as we tend to cycle and then push the bikes over the beach (Hard work!)

Well it’s at least 15 mins walk from the last bar ... so a long way to push bikes !! We often park on the coast road and walk over the dunes ! You can sometimes see the flags at Reynaldos from that road ( shifting sand dunes permitting ). It’s a real hidden gem ( well was ??) |

Cheers. Some chat about the dunes road being closed in Sept / Oct due to an experiment about preserving the dunes and the island being paid a shed load of €s by the makers of the new Wonder Woman film, not sure you’ll be able to drive beyond the two hotels. |

I found Reynaldos using google maps on my phone. Parked the car and walked over. It is in a dip in the sand so you don't see it until your almost there. They have some large flags on top presumable to help people find them, enjoy |

Its quite hit and miss these days certainly in the summer as the lifeguards patrol on quad bikes. We normally look at close to us on here then message and arrange a meet in a circle with umbrella etc for shade and privacy. The dunes after the rui hotel are mainly gay we think certainly before you get to the next lifeguard station.
If your over again look us up our normal visits are June and December. Or if you want a home meet then we're not far away.
