As said above Jardin del Eden is our favourite at the moment. It is French owned and does attract a few more international visitors than the others. We also like Cupido, especially in the summer months.
For a younger crowd you could also give Aditi a try.
As yet we haven't tried the other two, Play Papua and Atrevete, so can't comment.
At Jardin and Cupido we like the Wednesday afternoon/evenings for the earlier start and finish.
All the clubs cater mostly for the Spanish market so a few words of Spanish would come in handy and at the weekends prepare for a very late night.

Hi. We have caught the tram to alicante from benidorm before. Do like the look of jardin one. How far from the tram station in alicante presuming that would be the best way from benidorm. I'm sure I could entice him there in benidorm from the 6th for a week staying old town xx |

It is quite a way out from the city centre. If you look on Google maps search for Calle Garrachico and you will find it near Villafranqueza. |

"Yes no where near tram stops. Xx"
True.
We've never taken a taxi there from the city so I can't be sure but I would guess at around 20-25€ each way.
Add that to the tram fare and it would probably work out cheaper to rent a car and drive there. It's only around half an hour to drive from Benidorm |
