Looking at Gold by marina, looks great looking to book up for August 14th. I am wondering if and how much open this place is for swingers IE is it in your face or is it discreet and know one knows? |

PDI is a very open minded resort. I wouldn't say it is particularly in your face, but I would think most people that go there would know about the swinging scene, whether they are involved in it or not  |

Gold by Marina is not in your face swinging. Adult only hotel, some gay couples, some vanilla, some swingers. Perfectly located for swingers clubs, Yumbo centre and trips to the beach and dunes. We are going back there early June for the second time. |

Come out the main door, turn left and head straight down the road for about 20mins to the Riu Palace. Go through the covered walkway/ entrance to the hotel then down onto the dunes. You'll see a well beaten path bearing left (and lots of people walking it no doubt). Takes about another 15mins from there. |

Exactly! It is so overrated! There us a good naturist section just out on PdI beach.

Exactly! It is so overrated! There us a good naturist section just out on PdI beach.

We have visited PDI/Maspalomas several times over the years - didn't realise there was another naturist area at the PDI end? We usually hang out around Hut 4
Whereabouts is the PDI nudey beach? |

If you continued to walk from maspalomas, you would come to it. We go onto the beach at the PDI end, where the taxi rank is and it is about one kilometre to the nudist beach, at kiosk 8. |

We have often stayed in apartments beach side of Sandia Centre and La Cita areas and walked the shoreline to hut 4 (longish walk)
Can't recall seeing another naked area along that stretch
Is it in the opposite direction? |

Ok, not very good at directions. I think if you went onto the beach near cita centre, you would turn left. As I say, we go onto beach at PDI end and walk to the right. It is signposted too and takes about 15 minutes |

Walk down to the roundabout at the Cita centre, turn left and head straight out to the beach. On the beach turn right and walk for about 250/300m just after the first-aid post the next kiosk is a naturist zone. |

Hi experienced Gran Canarian's. Do you know if there are any pubs or clubs for the more liberal amongst us in Puerto Rico? We are there from 20th to 27th and intend taxi'ing down to Maspalomas for the meet and greet Monday night then later in the week. Thanks for any advice. |

No problem, particularly around the Yumbo. The gay scene there usually becomes more obvious after 11.00pm. A lot depends on how you want to dress. If you dress to blend in, you'll have no problems at any time but if you choose to dress provocatively you'd probably be better waiting till later on. |

seems quite a walk. Surprised that no one else has mentioned the other nudist beach in PDI? All seem to focus on Kiosk 4. Is it because most fabbers/Swingers go there.Do they actually meet anyone at Kiosk 4 I wonder? |

It is a fair old walk. Most people you meet at K4 are in GC for the same thing. Hence if you get chatting to someone (normally at the kiosk waiting to be served!) you can find out their plans for the evening and take it from there. |

As _anbr have said, swingers do meet at kiosk 4 , but there are also 'normal' vanilla people there too! PDI have a nudist beach, but you don't see much playing going on, it is more for naturists, so it depends what you are looking for really |

As already mentioned, kiosk 8 is in PDI, we were there only last week and there were several couples (naked) and some were playing (including us).. Can't wait to go back next year!! |
