Hi all. I am planning on travelling to Barcelona with my girl and we want to try our first swinging club experience. She is really nervous and would like to just watch at first, then be watched and see how it goes. Has anyone been to Oops? It looks quite high end and classy which I think is a good thing for a weekend away. Are the locals pushy or is it a nice relaxed atmosphere that would suit first timers? Thanks in advance x |

We had a fab time there. Locals and international guests are as friendly as you like and we didn't experience any pushiness. There's a huge bed on one of the floors (overlooking the city) and you can either dive in the middle (preferable) or dance around the edges. Everyone was respectful. The music was quite dodgy in the dance floor but the drinks were generous in quantity..it's also a fairly inexpensive taxi ride from the city centre ..Enjoy! |

Oops can be good idea for first visit of swingers club.
Its really nice building.
And
No one is pushy. In reality significant number of locals do not swap at all. Or only with long term friends.
Its Spain - so all starts late. Before 1 am there will be only few foreigners. Locals artive between 1 am and 3 am. Then most of them move to dance floor and spend there another few hours.
There is almost no action till 2 am, moch more is around 3-4 am.
As couples in reality do not swap to much there are NOT condoms on high "play" floors. They are available for free in groundfloor bar or bring yours.
So if its first time and you are there to see and to be seen, then its good place for you.
(And yes, no problem to get cheap taxi at 3 or 4 or 5 am in Barcelona). |

My wife and I went to uhomo last night. It's very near las rambles so really convenient. Even though it was a Friday night it was mainly young couples. Didn't really warm up until after 1am but what a great place. It's a bit different to some of the other places in that the main floor is a dance floor but there are many play rooms. We had a great time. Off to Oops tonight. |

Ok update. Went to Oops last night. Saturday night so couples night. What an awesome place. Set up high in the city. The mansion is gorgeous as are the people. Loads of locals as well as a few internationals.
Loads of different areas. Outside social area around a small swimming pool. Great disco where many of the ladies showed how sexy they can dance. Many different play areas. Especially on the second floor where there are very large bed areas. 3rd floor opened at 2:30am. Leads up to the terrace on the roof. Lots of group activity and playing in front of the increasingly growing crowd.
It's expensive. 50 euro to get in. You get 4 drinks included in that. It's a little way out. 25 mins from la Ramblas where we where staying.
Overall very classy. Happy to answer any questions. |
