Anyone bought a house in Spain and renovated it?
Opportunity has come up to purchase another property however it needs gutted and modernized.
Anyone had experience with this as I remember the carry on with just buying one. |

We finished our reform last year took year to do licences bit of a pain getting once done very good used Spanish builders for the whole build worked very hard never had one problem with them it was a bit nervous doing it glad we done it now both houses just what we wanted |
