Hi
We are in GC late January '17 - is the Playa Del Sol Hotel okay for a M/F Couple, pretty open minded (we are on here after all) but as its an Adults Only near Yumbo are a bit wary that its "Home of Caligula" LOL
Seriously - is the location good, restaurants / takeaways and are there many local bars.
Finally - does the pool / room balconies get sun in January.
Many thanks in advance ! |

Stayed there 3 times and booked again for sept. Should get sun pool end as it's south facing. Yumbo centre next door is full of restaurants or turn left out of main entrance loads of small bars and restaurants across roundabout. Pool bar does bar snacks. If you book direct you get free wifi. |

We where there last year and had the room from hell. Total shitehole, in our opinion only. La mirage does it for us now on our visits to Gc. A few cpls here like the hotel. We are far from snobs but it was a manky hotel. Never again in the playa del sol. Could write a story but won't bother . Just letting u know as u did ask |

Got a premier room through on the beach not a lot more expensive free wi-Fi all round the hotel and into the yumbo nice room free safe can't fault it. Well apart from more reclining sunbeds get up early if you want one of the best. |
