Hi would be a good idea nice if the villa had pool or hot tub as well so a nice social feel.
We are always looking for nice new venues which are not to big.

Personally I think Benidorm is crying out for a swinger club. The number of Benidorm threads on here are countless.
However I would be careful about a "swinger retreat" outside of the town.
Most visitors fly into Alicante, get bussed into Benidorm and rarely set foot outside the town. Very few will rent a car and public transport is a non starter other than from Levante/Poniente into the centre. So unless you can find a place a short (probably less than 15€) taxi ride away I would think again.
A few have tried small B&B type places in various parts of Spain, and from the feedback we've had, with little or very limited success.
Sorry to piss on your parade but we know the Costa Blanca very well and that is how we would see it. |

We are interested to know if theirs enough interest to make setting up such a venue worth while.
The thing I have in mind is more of a B&B during week hosting parties at weekend, but who knows its early days yet. |

We stayed in a lovely villa near lanuca last year
Had private pool and hot tub, 3 bedrooms
Although not a swinging villa as such
we made the couple who own the villa aware, as its weird but they live next door, but cannot see,or bother you, and its secluded enough for what you want, we went with another couple and spent most of the time naked and fucking outside lol, they were very happy to rent it out to us for the week, but we were upfront to start with, we would stay again without doubt,
Back in Benidorm 3rd Sept 16 for 2 weeks, Helios Hotel this time as there's just the 2 of us going, let us know if interested in meeting up xx |

Hi many thanks again to everyone for your feedback and reply and yes venue hunting will be commencing soon - as son as mr is back home - we will post an update in the next few weeks and in the meantime anyone over please drop us a message and perhaps we can meet etc xxx thank you all again xxx |
