I am not aware of any other swinger hotels ,as such. There are one or two hotels that swingers favour, as they have nude sunbathing terraces, but they aren't swinging hotels. One is IF A Caterina, which is near the cita centre where most of the clubs are. I'm sure others will come on here with advice for you. Good luck!
