Can't believe the thread made it to part two. Last year I started one for June and it made about twenty posts. 17th for us for a week! Still haven't packed or bought anything to wear. Looking forward to spending lazy hot days on a lounger without a care in the world!

if you just want a normal b&b holiday there are loads of cheap hotels in Maspalomas. There are so many good restaurants that we found that it isn't really worth going all inclusive. Have a look on at onthebeach.com for bargains! You can probably do flights and hotel for 700 quid for both of you for a week. There is a thread in the Spain forum that gives some tips for clubs and places to go etc, you could try la mirage too but I think it's booked up around those dates. Hope this helps a bit!

PDI very quiet this week....almost spookily quiet at times. Also very visible Police presence, much more so than usual.

Dunes were deserted yesterday and not even the usual crowd chatting around the bar at kiosk 4.

Good job I'm only over to catch the Sun for a few days lol

Nipped into Hot Scandal, fun4all's porn cinema.....see they now have playbeds, in front of each screen. It was also quiet....hope it takes off again in the autumn, it's a good spot.

There's a lot of building/renovation work going on, at complexes in the low rise part of PDI....Calle Roma, few being completely gutted...so there is noise from early morning.

Staying at Carasol Beach Adult Only, which it turns out is owned by Vista Bonita. They are giving the place a makeover...it's clean, well enough equipped, free wifi, good accommodation....but it is advertised that nudity is allowed, whilst in reality, it is very overlooked. Also listed as gay friendly but seems almost exclusively gay.

Roll on October...back in the bungalow for 2 weeks

Was there last week and it was spooky how quiet it was. Beach and dunes were very quiet and only busy night in clubs, was nude night at 2x2. Thankfully I was only there for the sun....

Roll on October!! I def wouldn't visit again outside of the Oct-April period. Save your pennies for then. 2x2 closed all of July anyhow

I know what must have happened at kiosk 4 though....the 'Beautiful People Only' sign must have blown away in the wind.

Thank God you aren't typical of Swingers, the vast majority of whom aren't judgmental and actually have a personality.

We were there for a week 11th June onwards & we met up with sexy swingers most nights & had fun at Kiosk 4, seen quite a few sexy people.

Wednesday night there was over 30 at the imagine bar. And certainly no saggy bottoms in sight.

Was there last week and it was spooky how quiet it was. Beach and dunes were very quiet and only busy night in clubs, was nude night at 2x2. Thankfully I was only there for the sun....

Roll on October!! I def wouldn't visit again outside of the Oct-April period. Save your pennies for then. 2x2 closed all of July anyhow"

2x2 isn't closed in July. Only Monday nights in August. That's from the owner. We where there for 2weeks .

We meet a lot of great couples while on holiday in gran canaria in imagine bar. And there were a lot of sexy people in secrets club in Cita centre on the nights we went thank to saskia and Tony for the great welcome they gave us see ye next time

As for GC and the people then this is a resort where nobody judges and takes people as they are..

As for swinging then their is an array of people from big to small from white to black and from old to young. There is always someone for somebody without stamping on others along the path to sexual indulgence.

There have been many occasions where people interact with others in the swinging world but this doesn't mean they want to play with them.

What this is called is common courtesy and the ability to communicate and use their educational skills to enlighten the world with their life skills.

Tongue firmly in cheek on posting on this topic, chill people its the holiday season....Really was not the holiday destination we thought it would be and very very quiet but we did learn its more of a winter resort swinging wise and people wise as in numbers...hope you all enjoy x

We had a great week out there , everyone was friendly to us ( maybe because we are lardy lol).

Yes the bars and clubs were quiet but we found plenty of nice people to talk too in the evenings and had a good time.

Some people are too shallow and think they are gods gift and then start backtracking saying its tongue in cheek comments.. Maybe it's your true colours showing ? . We like to socialise with everyone big or small , black or white.

We found everyone friendly and approachable .

We like it there and will be going back in October however to be fair we probably won't go in June again . Maybe March or April .

I have been reading a few comments regarding how quiet it is.. Not sure about the time when I go as im of there on the 30th june for 2 weeks.. I have been going in July for 12 years now and never once found bars and clubs quiet... Maybe they are talking about early June.. July is always busy and lots of people about too.

Comeback is easiest found, by going into Cita by the leaning tower of pisa entrance. Go up the stairs, that are straight in front of you, and keep walking straight on, beyond Mach Bar and you walk right into it...you can't miss it.
