"What restaurants for breakfast and evening meal...which to go to and which to avoid...."
Bar Coco along sea front do an amazing English breakfast for €5.50, includes toast, coffee and orange juice. We have also had evening meals here. From taxi rank, walk to front, turn left, second restaurant from the bottom. |

"The Savoy Cita Centre
Martel Steakhouse Yumbo (cheap meals but good quality)
"
Forgot about Martell....large and very busy but excellent food at reasonable prices and great staff too. Also the place if you like Lobster....have a look in the tank, as you walk in. |

Martell Steak House is very good value for money we have eaten there many times over the years and the staff always remember us
Red Cow also does some good chuck
For a nicer setting / view head down to Faro de Maspalomas and do a right at the lighthouse there are some nice restaurants and bars along the front of the hotels |

I can never remember the names of restaurants(or hotels),but the Italian restaurant near the entrance to the cita, does the most beautiful prawn and shiitake mushrooms, and a fantastic seafood pizza.
Walking from cita to La sandia, just over half way, there's a restaurant on the left(sitting on its own)does great steaks. |

The one between La Sandia and Cita, is Los Porches....waiter with the wonky hip? Does great meat/fish off the grill....Pork Fillet is amazing.
Forgot about Chez Luigi's at back of La Sandia, it's good too. |

Is that the restaurant puts 3 bottles of drink on your table,at the end of the meal,to help yourself?we have had some lovely meals there, however the last time wasn't so good,so may give it a miss. |

Los porches wasn't good for us. €60 it cost us to find out last week. But that's just our opinion. Maybe the chef had a bad day.
El poncho was nice - around the corner from the Cita.
Marco Polo was even better. Visited twice - Upstairs in the Cita. Steaks are amazing! |

Las Rias is a fantastic restaurant near the lighthouse. It's a bit pricier but worth a visit. Try their Paella.
La Bandera in the shopping centre where the moonlight cinema is. High quality food and drink. There's a less touristy one north of PDI if you fancy a walk/taxi drive. More spanish locals in there. |
